Showroom in Lyon, France

Mission :

  • OPPO were opening their first SIS in France and wanted to create an attractive showroom matching the brand in a shopping center in Lyon, France.

  • The design needed to be multi-functional within a limited space:  address the different needs of the brand for the showroom, enhance the customer experience, showcase the brand's selling point "SuperVooc", and make it clear to the customer.

Solution :

  • Extract the curved elements of the brand logo and use them in the space design, with the premise of ensuring the height limit and fixed space area inside the mall, make a reasonable layout of the space, so that it contains the functions as required, such as the main product promotion area, customer experience area, accessories wall, and cashier area.

  • LED screens and lightboxes are added to the space to increase the exposure of brand information and the promotion of the main KV on a quarterly basis. 

  • The space mainly consists of 2 round new product experience tables and 6 small display tables. The three display tables on one side present the main cell phones and accessories (IOT) of this season, and the other three display tables on the other side are the flash charging experience area, where customers can charge their cell phones and also observe the comparison of charging speed between the brand cell phones and users' cell phones, to understand the brand flash charging technology and achieve the purpose of highlighting brand selling points and enhancing customer experience.

Christmas atmosphere
display design

Mission :

  • Create a Christmas display design in line with the brand's visual system independently

  • Highlight the brand's cell phone products

  • Transformation design on the basis of the original display cabinet

Solution :

  • used the shape of a Christmas tree combined with cell phone products to create a Christmas atmosphere, by choosing different green color cell phones increases its hierarchy.

  • Opened the transparent cube area under the original booth and used it to create different lengths and colors of sequined paper pendants and light strips in the middle to increase the fun and hierarchy of the space, so as to create a brand and Christmas atmosphere, attract customers and enhance the brand image and store exposure.

Event space design
of Fnac Forum in Paris

Mission :

  • To create an event exhibition area in the Paris Fnac store, the space is required to meet all the activities organized by the marketing team.

  • Responsible for grasping the brand's visual extension and brand VI specifications, responsible for design review and communicating to third-party design companies, and improving the details of the space design.

Solution :

  • In order to better integrate brand elements and comply with the brand's overall VI specification, the main color choices of the space are specified as white and green.

  • In order for the brand to penetrate into the public's vision and deepen the impression of the brand logo, the logo elements are extracted to build an arc-shaped hollow green decorative side wall in a limited space. This can play a certain beautification effect, and the hollow part under the arc belt can also avoid the visual obstruction of the pedestrian flow from the side elevator.

  •  Combining the activities of each stage of the brand to transform the vision of the main exhibition wall. Among them, an electronic screen is added to the main exhibition wall to play brand promotion videos, and elements of interactive experience are also added to the screen. For example, during the French tennis game, customers can use the OPPO mobile phone to participate in tennis somatosensory games on the screen.

Show layout Design

  • In charge of the creation and layout of the 18/19 autumn and winter show hall. Participate in team discussions, negotiations with third-party companies, site surveys, and space planning.

  • According to the analysis of the site situation and the site plan, and the simulation scenario, we separated the flow lines of people and planned out two main flow lines respectively. The first one is the proper flow line for the guest entrance and the second is the internal staff and the press (media photographers) flow line.

Window design

Mission :

  • Use the space to create a window atmosphere that matches the campaign, enhances the appeal, and highlights the brand's products.

Solution :

  • After considering the project budget, I finally chose to use cardboard as the main material to create the atmosphere of the entire window. Modularize the entire window to enhance the three-dimensional effect.

  • In addition, window stickers and atmosphere elements of tennis rackets have been added to increase the sense of atmosphere.
